Security

At International SOS, we prioritize the security and privacy of your data. We understand the importance of safeguarding your information, and we've implemented a range of industry best practices to ensure the safety of your interactions with our web app:

Encrypted Communication

All communications between the server and your web browser are secured using HTTPS encryption. This robust encryption protocol ensures that your data remains confidential during transmission, protecting it from unauthorized access.

Regular Updates

To stay ahead of potential security threats, the server and app runtime are consistently updated. These updates include security patches and enhancements, ensuring that Country Watch remains resilient against emerging threats.

Confidential Client Pattern

We employ a "confidential client" pattern to bolster access security. This prevents the direct exposure of access tokens to the client, making session hijacking significantly more difficult.

Secure Credential Storage

Your credentials, including passwords, are securely stored within encrypted databases. Even our own engineers do not have direct access to these credentials, adding an additional layer of protection to your data.

Rest assured that we are dedicated to upholding high standards of security to safeguard your information while you use Country Watch. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of your data.

If you have any security-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to address any inquiries and provide you with a secure and reliable experience while using Country Watch.
